Marco De Giovannini

Marco De Giovannini (Omegna, Italy, 1973) graduated at Politecnico di Milano gaining his Master's Degree in Architecture with excellence.
He is fully qualified architect and, since 2006, member of the "Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori della provincia di Milano" (Registration No.15473).
Marco De Giovannini has begun approaching complicated projects with an internship at KCAP Kees Christiaansee Architects and Planners in Rotterdam. This was the springboard that allowed him to work at some very well-known practices around Europe.
After a brief experience at ASTOC Architects and Planners in Koln, he went back to Rotterdam to work at EEA Erick van Egeraat Associated Architects.
Back to Italy he had been working at SZA Studio Zoppini Associati before moving to London at DWA David Wood Architects and at LDA Design.
With these basis Marco De Giovannini gained a strong experience working on numerous competitions and prestigious projects in Belgium, China, Korea, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Taiwan, Peru, Russia, Georgia, United Kingdom and Indonesia.
With an artistic and strongly creativity-oriented approach to the design, Marco De Giovannini is very keen on the conceptual phase of the design process. He is also involved in architectural competitions and, working with proficiency, he got awards and mentions both in Europe and Asia.
In 2011 he established his own firm MARCO LLC in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia mainly active on building design and interior design.
Since 2013 Marco De Giovannini works also as adjunct lecturer for the Bachelor of Interior Design at Raffles International Institute in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia giving lectures about computer graphic and interior design subjects.
