DESCRIPTION: The six storeys building, located on the road that leads straight to the Chinese border, just two kilometers away, is composed of three main volumes: a two floors plinth with shared facilities such as cafe', karaoke, bar and restaurant and two bodies on top of it to accommodate the rooms. The two block with the rooms, moved by the dynamicity of the road, try to touch each other in the middle, where the stairwell attempts to lock them together. One is skewed toward China and the other toward the Mongolian town of Zamin Uud. The connecting space, parallel to the road, allows the guest, at each rooms floor, to experience visual over China and Mongolia through a straight view.
